Specifically, I'm looking for a character that has: JDO V JDC and JFC IV+ Armor Comp skills IV+ Fighters IV+ In addition, the ability to fly or be close to flying a Dreadnought would be amazing but not necessary. Budget is ~12 billion.

Unfortunately, I'm just finishing up my leadership train on my main (Fleet Command, never again) so I don't really need another character with so many points in leadership. I'm also looking for a character that's carrier-ready right out of the box. Nice character though, hope you get a good price for it.
