Not sure what's goign on except i think its being caused by alt tabbing out of full screen mode but the client seems to be eating my proc. I went down to 5 fps today and got stuck there.

what i really want to knowis if there isa program that track how many flops are being used by all running programs and preferably can keep track of cpu flops and gpu flops seperately.

Hardware:

Proc: Intel E8200 2.66 GHrz OCed to 3.2 GHRZ
GFX Card: Nvidia GTX 460
7200 RPM seagate drive
8 GB of ddr 2 1066 ram

Windows 7 Profesional 64 bit.

I'm sure there proggies out there that can do it... but, you might want to switch to windowed mode. A lot less problems when you need to multi-task with eve. :)

Some Problem here!

Intel Workstation with 2 * E5606 Xeons 36GB Ram Nvidia 470 GTX

In Fleet Fights i must deactivate all brackets, in Fleet Tab i must switch back to non Herarchie View, reduce the Infos in the Overview Tabs etc ... to get normal FPS/Performance in the Client.

The Client cant Handle a punch of small Infos change in the moment Roll

My old Gaming PC E4700 OC to 3,4 GHz with a Geforce 640GT are simulary in performing at Fleets Cry

With games like eve i can not stand windowed mode. Everything Must be BIG!

Igor i think your problem may be that your using xeon processors. those are meant for server environments and have been optimized for such. Because of that they lack many optimizations that games use. Of course with 2 of those in there you're pretty much brute forcing it :P. IIRC the client does have a hard limit to how many cores it can use.

That's expected really. Eve is not a multi-threaded friendly game so your Xeon computing power here is clearly not used. Get an Intel i5 SandyBridge and you'll see the difference.
