Super capital nerf... Fighter (range) question.

where are you getting this from?

Fighter = Fighter Bomber = 5000 m³

125000 m³ / 5000 m³ = 25


EDIT: POS Shooting = Dreadnoughts
So I guess no plans for changing fighter bombers for that

Yeah... so 25 max in total (fighters or bombers)

Well... good nerf I think, to bad that we can't use Sentry's anymore on POS,
but I think I can handle that ^^

This nerf is bullshit. They're going to make it some super pilots can't even hold a full flight of bombers and fighers. I'm all for taking the combat drones off supers but this is seriously going to gimp the ship.

Not to even mention how the Leviathan now cannot mine at all! At least right now it can use 5 mining drones!

The Caps are meant to be flown in fleets with support ships. The way they are now you don't need anything less than a supercarrier for a fight. When the change comes you are going to need ships of all classes. Which is good over all.

Err, don't pilot a capital but they truely fuxxored them over with drones. Its amazing that CCP can add fuel bays and ore bays to some ships, but just hammer blow the sh*t out of it to remove them all together or limit the bay....instead of I don't know....a 500m3 or smaller bay on top of a bigger "FUEL/ORE/CAPITALDRONE" bay for example....limited bandwith for normal drones like 25m3 for lights or 50m3 for medium drones to deploy 5 drones at a time instead of deploying 20 smaller drones as every large ship should be able to defend itself and still carry a few extra flights as back up along with an alternate drone bandwidth for fighters/bombers.

Ack, thats going to suck. Either a rage post of the Godfather quitting or selling off your super caps cause now you got no use for them. Hope CCP at least does a "learning skill" reversal on cap skills, some people may no longer wish to pilot them now (or at least add a new module that only allows 5 mining drones only which you can equip to any ship with a bay).

Only reason I would love log off is to just **** off the enemy, who feking cares if my ship is saved just denying them brings tears to the forums, hell CONCORD could come out of no where when I logged back on because of the "unfair tactic" and pop me so long as it wasn't a player who recieves the KM.

Especially with the damage boost and the duration reduction. I expect to see a lot of dead control towers.

This. Just limit normal drones would have been enough. Like now you are 100% toothless with one bombing run

This is like saying you are seriously gimping battleships because you can only fit 8 guns and have to choose between large guns, medium, or small.

This nerf is going to flush all the supercap pilots who don't even understand basic combat tactics right to the surface, exposing them for what they are.

Now, supercaps act just like any other ship - you actually have to CHOOSE what job you want it to perform, and equip it accordingly. Yet somehow this is mindblowingly difficult for supercap pilots to accept.

Sanguine, did you just skip flying all the other ship classes before hopping in your super?

Not realy. You can carry a 2nd set of guns in your cargo and refit on a station.
How do you put 250k m3 of fighters in your cargo and refit on station in a sc?

You can't compare this.
