The EVE Community Spotlight series continues to introduce long lasting initiatives and projects organized by members of the EVE Community as well as looking at major groups of players who influence the EVE universe. And what better topic could we have than in game projects which actually shape the New Eden?

Follow Community Spotlight #3 and discover how the very fabric of the EVE universe is held together or torn apart by social interaction and how groups of people can leave their mark on history.

The third spotlight is on Pandemic Legion. Lights on!

More to come later, but I'm surprised they didn't do Goons as they are clearly the alliance with the largest impact on the game and the most interesting organizational structure(s).

So Chribba, Dotlan, and the first Alliance is PL. Don't you think maybe institutions like Eve University or RvB deserved this a little bit more?

You are somewhat correct. Both of these groups are on our list for spotlights, however, we felt that Pandemic Legion are worthy of a spotlight in their own right, especially around Alliance Tournament time in which they have an amazing track record.

Please note that Spotlights are a program we will continue for a very long time. Our aim is to capture histories from Fansites, major corporations and alliances, notable individuals, great video makers, EVE celebrities and much more.

Just because you have not seen a spotlight on a certian individual or group yet does not mean it is not in the works Smile

RvB have had a couple of login adverts recently, but barring a couple of new items some time ago, E-UNI hasn't had a login advert for a *long* time now.
