Buy Plex and secure containers.

Anchor the secure containers at random gates in random systems and place one PLEX in each. Make the container names really hard or obscure riddles and their passwords the correct answer.

In the cat-and-mouse game that is low sec, there is no shame in learning to be a better mouse.

Take a break. If you want to train still buy some plexes and set some long skills.
Not going to cost you anything.
The fun will come back and if it doesn't you are none the worse and you got out got some fresh air.

Or set up a training academy. Space is the limit.

Classic approach: buy t2 BPO, put it in a can and shoot it.
Or hold a competition here- the next person to get a forum ban will get 1 million isk...and then double the reward for each person after that (1,024 B for the 10th person) ---> watch GD explode into an ocean of p***

Ideas...

Go to the noob systems and randomly hand 100 million to every noob you see. Don't do it for long stretches though, because older players will make alts to take advantage.

Fund a war you are not involved in (a small one, but still)

Buy a Hulk for every one lost to gankers

Buy every single Rifter on the market until prices hit over 100 million.

If you are truly serious about quitting and getting rid of your assets, give a billion to 80 random people. Alternatively, you could buy a bunch of faction ships of varying type and contract them to random players as well. Either way, you'll leave a legacy behind by doing so.

EVE is like swimming on a beach in shark infested waters,  There is however a catch...  The EVE Beach you also have to wonder which fellow swimmer will try and eat you before the sharks.

If it were me I would hold on to it and wait for the next time there is a plex for charity event. If you don't want to hang around EVE to do that give the isk to someone you know and trust to fulfill you wishes with it. How many other opportunities do you have to do some real life good with your fake spaceship money? Buying something expensive and popping it like others have suggested is stupid, do something positive with that isk.
