Dark screen when quitting or minimizing

It's been about 2 years since I get this problem, and looks like CCP is not repairing it.
I get a dark screen in my pc when I log off, quit or minimize the game.
I have to press a password key in my laptop to get back to normal, in wich I losse 3 seconds every time, being very annoying.
I cannot upgrade my gpu drivers since HP doesn's allow it to change.

Could someone help me?
Even CCP if posibble...

Have anyone this problem?

Run the game as a window, its what fixed it for me.

http://community.eveonline.com/ingameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=1451581 that thread discussed this and gave suggestions on how to fix this problem I have the same thing happening... I have not updated it... because I am lazy... and I just don't care. It only affects one game... so not that big of a deal. Would like to know why minecraft makes my keyboard stop reponding when I boot it up from time to time... *shrugs* Again... minor issue for me,

try running 'fake fullscreen' mode, aka borderless windowed

For those who can update their video drivers, that is what fixed my problem.
