As a Nyx pilot you have a few wasted skill points, i mean there is a lot more skill you need to work on.

As a rounded Carrier/sub cap pilot (non SC) you are well on your way to being a good pilot.

I would suggest around a starting bid of 9 bil with a B/O of 11 bil.

If anyone tries to low ball you with "wasted skills" tell em to PEE off.

PS. I would suggest selling this char as a NON SC pilot. Try selling him as a RECON 5, JF and carrier pilot.

Some suggestions if you want to keep him a while and sell him later:

Train some gunnery skills and BC's to LVL 4 at least ( talos rocks).!!!
