Hey,

Basically, my CEO wants to put a few BPO's in the corp hangar so that they can be used for building by corp members. The problem is it just isnt working with lock, without lock. He cant seem to get it too work. i am just wondering what rights / settings exactly are required for this to work correctly? on both the CEO's side and the corp members sides.

Thanks for reading

EDIT: The 'lock item' function is not allowing corp members to use blueprints for manufacturing. the CEO has put these locked items in a division in one of the corp offices (using the query tool), with the manufactured goods set to be placed into another division upon completion.

what i want to gain from this is clarification on the privileges, roles and actions that are required in order for this to work.

so the ceo needs to do what?

and the corp members need what to be able to use it?

"It doesn't work" is not a problem description.

State clearly what are you trying to do, what steps do you take to accomplish it, what do you expect to happen, and what do you observe happening.

You need QUERY on the hangar with the BPO. It must be in a station in the same system as the POS.

Additionally, he will have to go through the voting process in the corp tab to actually lock the BPOs into a specific hanger. A BPO must be "used" for this vote to take place, so if its a brand new one, you will have to set up a manufacturing run then cancel the job before accepting the quote. After that you can vote to lock the BPO.

It is very tedious if you have lots of BPOs.
