As title says, I am looking for a Tengu/Basilisk pilot. I would like the pilot to have the following skills:

Heavy Missiles V + level IV support skills
Shield and capacitor skills at V + level IV comps
Subsystems at V, IV negotiable

Logistics V
Shield and Energy transfer at least at level IV, bonus points for level V

Stealth Bomber and Covert ops trained to any level
Bomb Deployment IV
Cloaking IV

Astrometrics IV
Astrometric Pinpointing IV
Astrometric Rangefinding IV

ECM support skills at IV

Anchoring V
Starbase Management IV

Any racial battleship III
