Eve crashes, which then forces me to reboot PC to get it to load

Okay so regularly my eve client crashes (just drops to desktop), which is bad, but then no matter what I do I have to reboot the machine to get Eve to load again.

So after the crash, if I click "play" from the launcher it briefly loads a transparent window of the game client, then quickly closes. In task manager, evefile.exe (or whatever its called) appears then disappears quickly.

The only way to fix this I've found is to reboot fully, which is a pain as you then lose comms and anything else running in background..

According to the logserver, when the evefile.exe disappears, this is the error

Exefile SHUTDOWN Crashed (0xC0000005) for b395875, minidump written and uploaded in C:

System specs - windows 7 64bit, AMD Athlon Dual Core 4400+, 3gb Ram, Ati Radeon 4800 gfx card
All graphics are on lowest, although I'm playing in a window

What could be causing this? (the requirement to reboot??)

Might be a dumb question, but where would I upload it to?

Ah cool, thought there might have been some fancy place to upload to..

Here's two log files, both the same (from what I can see). Same time and size anyway)
