Why do people presume it's goonswarm, thre are 5 alliance logos on there, and it works equally well as a parody highlighting the need for ccp Devs to do something to fix the moon mining system (again).

OTEC ad was created 24 hours before the deadline, I realised that nobody else in goonwaffe had created an ad. Even then it was rejected initially for being edited by an amateur and using the comic sans font, so a quick re-edit made it acceptable.
