War-Dec Question

Greetings, as far as I understand it:

  • Corp A Declares War on Corp B,
  • 24 Hours later, both corps can now shoot eachother
  • If a character leaves either corporation, they remain a valid war target for 24h?

What happens if Corp B disbands from the war, so the war doesn't even show as active anymore, will the players still be valid for the 24 hour period?

When a character leaves a corporation or is kicked from a corporation they can not longer be shot at. There is not, and never has been a 24 hour period after leaving a corporation where a player could still be shot at legally.

Above is true, once the corp has changed the war flag is removed. however if you have a role in your corporation (i.e. you have been given more rights than the ticker) you cannot leave the corp for 24 hours until the role has been removed.

If brute force isn't working, you're just not using enough.

Please Note: Any advice given comes with the caveat that nothing will be suitable for every situation.

Well, we war decced them, and 9 of 11 members quit the corp. They did forget to remove too, which they won't forget anytime soon since we got to pop one of their mackenaws.

Was totally worth 50mil just to deprive them of a mack :)
