Well, I only started playing this game about a month ago. I must say that topics like this make me so exited about this game. The possibilities in this game are enormous.
Anyway, after a couple months of further skill training I will happily take the role of mercenary up on me to hand out righteous retribution for those that got scammed! This ofcourse for a nice fee ^^

Well thank you for this honest information sir, I will review all the proof and make sure they are added to the Interstellar wanted list and will arrest them and bring them to trial where they will pay for their deeds, I have already put Concord on the job so It might take a few seconds depending on the sec status the system he is currently in, let's hope he doesn't kill any miners.

Always nice to see when relationships between men break down on the internet and bad things happen.

Is this what C&P has come to? Where is the proof of said 50bil+ in assets? Where are the screenshots? Where are the edited convo logs?

I came here expecting to see screenshots of epicness and chatlogs of loliness, and left increasingly depressed.

A final post from me on this subject.
Cascade Associates thought that there was enough evidence to show that Xaraphys and the others named earlier commited this theft and other wrong doing aimed at the alliance so decided to boot Caelum Tech from the alliance and remove their rights to EU9 and all stations and jump bridges.

All the evidence has not been put here, simply due to the fact there are many, many pages of Xaraphys and co not being very nice, but Caelum Tech is now gone from the detorid region. They are now neuts to the alliance. Be aware that Xaraphys may be hauling billions in his hold, same with Sawyer, Don, Ivan, Dangle and Dratiks. So happy hunting to anyone who wants some of that 50 bill.

Much in the way of assets lost but much has been learned.

For anyone who has anything in the way of concerns about the names I put up earlier, the original names are all confirmed as being involved, check the active members of Caelum Tech come tomorrow morning after downtime, you will still see that those guys are still in it.

Xaraphys, enjoy being stigmatized with label of Corp Thief, same to you Don, Sawyer, Ivan, Dangle and Dratiks, also Xaraphys, I am looking to see who will buy those carrier pilots now that they have that label.

Also as a final laugh, it seems that Don, Sawyer and Xaraphys spent 7 hours tonight chasing a guy around EU9 without being able to kill him. This guys was in a frigate.... 3 weapons, nothing else, no cloak, no warp stabilisers. He was even caught at one point, and Sawyer tried and failed to warp scramble him. This was just enough time to keep them busy enough to allow people behind the scenes to get the alliance involved.
