Not sure if this is the correct place to put this so I will add this and you can decide.

I expect nothing to come of this but should act as a warning for anyone looking to join the corp with these guys.

CEO has locked down the pos's of between 30 and 40 accounts. He has taken all the items for himself. He also intends on transferring ownership of the system to a rival alliance, apparently being TEST Alliance. By all means these things aren't against the rules, but they obviously don't bode well for other guys who may join their corp.

The system is EU9-J3 and is owned by Cascade Imminent

after a 10 day vacation i came back to find some corp members planning a corp heist . plain and simple we took them before they took us .

Well what Callum said is true, Xara has stolen a lot of ships/items from members of a corp he owned. Well tbh the game allows it so there's no use worrying about it.

I am amused by Xara's post here though. You see when we came online Xara was gloating about doing this. Also Xara, why are you proclaiming your innocence? In your post on here you say that we were planning to do this first, but none of us had corp access to be able to change POS passwords or be able to kick you out (No members of Caleum who were affected by this had shares). In fact if you check our employment history people will see that some of the people affected were in the corp for only a few days.

To highlight this to the readers of this post, We joined Caelum tech from a high-sec corp known as EDD. We moved in, helped build up the Mining Index for our friend Xara, then he does the heist.

Now he's a little upset that this is the number one post on google when you search "eve online Caelum Tech"
Now while the event was happening he was quite happy to say that he was doing it to "Re-enact the Boston Tea Party" (The majority of our members are from the UK) And was also happy to say that everyone else in Caelum Tech was involved.


Xara I salute you in the Heist, like I said it's part of the game, so fair's fair. I must admit you are though a "bit of a sore winner"
Xara I do have to say, you did the heist, stop whining now that you've been named and shamed. Hey I even see a few posts on here congratulating you, and even if you do get bad press from this, as you said yourself "I have plenty of alts, I'll just do this somewhere else!"

After this forum post went up, Xara sent this message to the corp (which we are currently still part of until either we are kicked or we find a new home).

That is something you need to take up with Xaraphys, he stated that Sawyer, Don and YOU were planning on stealing it. Did he steal any of your stuff? Also, are you aware that he stated that he intended on double crossing you guys once we were out of the picture. Its not like you guys protested one bit in corp chat. You infact found it quite funny!

Well done to the 3 of you, you helped steal the corp only to then find out he isn't sharing the assets with you.

Also the 3 of you guys know the password to the passworded POS bubble where he is holding our stuff. Share it with us and let us recover our items. Failing to disclose this quite clearly means you are in on it! If you share this and allow us to get our stuff back I will remove your names from the post.

Ivan, in corp chat you have just stated that you have been double crossed by Xara, AFTER you helped him doublecross us.

Well does that mean we should take your names down? Just because the same guy who talked you into not warning us about the original theft has now stolen from you?

I think not. You are still part of the original group. The fact that you claim to have items belonging to some of EDD still and you are "keeping them as compensation" for your own loss I find reprehensible and a poor excuse to try to garner any sympathy.
