ECM drones - a broken mechanic

ECM drones are very usenfull in these 12 man setups max sensor strength on your average ship is going to be 30 so jams can be quite likely, however can you explain why when im in a guardian with 200 sensor strength thx to remote boosting i am still jammed almost permanently by 5 EC600s
