Try reading up on CVA's NRDS guidelines, Before trying to fly through their space, people I know who they have accidentally killed in the past have been treated politely and professionally and refunded in full for their loses, although they really don't like reds taking the P.

Yeah, their KoS list is a joke. If theres someone who has been set red to them and they join a corp, that corp pretty much gets set red to CVA and anyone who associates with them in the future gets set red. Its pretty much how STDs get spread.

This seems fishy to me, CVA and surrounding Holding Alliances (Including APOC) do not engage individuals without being sure they are red. Were you flying with a red fleet, or suspected of being a scout for a red fleet?
