They're talking about archons, therefore armor tanking. So the 4 lows of the Rapier is probably better than the 3 from the Huginn..

I use the Huginn, but then again, I live in a Pulsar.

Besides, if you're armor tanking, the Loki sacrifices some web range to vastly out-tank either.
