I am a Research Alt ( excellent research skills, can use 5 level 4 R&D Agents); ok trading skills (essential skills at level IV), and can easily be trained for hauling (caldari industrial V, mining foreman V).

I have a positive wallet balance, and security status (not KOS in any empire faction); and I am located in empire.

I am selling myself for 3.5 Bn ISK.

I am sorry, I must decline your offer. Just as your need affect your bid price, so does the character's perceived isk-value (which is independent of your need) affect my pricing of this toon.
