If a corp were interested in selling a 0.0 small pos and two customs offices in a quiet system what would it go for?

Need some input from the indie community on quoting this.

Nothing if I wanted to put a pos in an empty 0.0 system I would go to a moon and deploy my pos, I'd not have to pay anyone and why would I? Custom offices are different you would be better just setting a justified tax rate or who ever wants your planet will just bash in your custom office.
