Client restart on dissconnect

i remember there being on a page the option to restart the exe client on loss of connection to server, the downside is that every time i press log out it restarts the client, and it takes a bit. i no longer want the client to restart when i press log out, but i cant find the option to turn off the "client restart on session loss or change" option fomr before, plese help

quit game closes the client. log off closes the client and opens the exe again so that it takes me to log in screen. i just want to have the option to log out to the charachter selector again whitout having to restart the client

There used to be before they upgraded the UI and such, now i cant find it
