Rykker bond #8 week four interest payments have been paid out and initial deposits returned. Bonus pool payouts have been sent according to the schedule below and based on post #59 of this thread. RAW23 and Liberty Eternal have had their interest payment sent directly to VAERT as a donation. Miss Boobz' portion of the bonus pool has gone to VAERT as instructed.

• week one net profit of 26 billion (3.4 billion per day)
• week two net profit of 28 billion (4.0 billion per day)
• week three net profit of 35 billion (5.0 billion per day)
• week four net profit of 27 billion (3.8 billion per day)

• total bond profit to date of 116 billion
• average daily profit to date of 4.1 billion
• bonus pool to investor and reserve list: 3.5 billion (125 million per person)

It’s been a great run, thanks to everyone who helped make it possible. I don’t think I would have made this level of profits without the bonds as 2 months of hard core trading is about my limit. Without the bonds it would have taken another month at least and that wouldn’t have happened. My hat is off to you sirs, thank you for your help!

This will bring to an end the Rykker bonds. I’m sad this is the last and I’m sure you’re sad to see them go considering the returns.

First off, let me just put this out there:

175 Billion in profits in two months

I’ll brag just a little and say that this is pretty good.

It’s been an exciting couple of months, even more so because plans that had worked out on paper made the transition to reality beautifully. A big shout out to my great business partner RAW23 for laying out the manufacturing line framework and foundation, very detailed and precise, it has lived up to all expectations and then some. After the initial research was done it was up to us as well as Varo Jan to bring it to the level of efficiency that would eventually lead it to stratospheric proportions. Every cog, every gear had to work smoothly, seamlessly and continuously in order to reach that level. This level of efficiency transferred fluidly to a one man operation.

Station trading was something I have always enjoyed from the beginning. The manipulations, the speculation, the fights, the crashes, the losses and the tears all make for an intense experience. Moving the market to where you want it to be can be both as exhilarating and as nerve wracking as PvP warfare. Wars between other traders become chess games, each trying to outguess the other knowing one wrong move could cost millions; winning moves made all the more sweet knowing you are pocketing another traders hard earned ISK. The hours of research which is the cornerstone of speculation and in knowing your item will bring fortune if you just glean one more bit of information giving you insight on when to make your move. Following crashes to the very bottom, waiting for the right moment to jump in and start buying up massive amounts of stock regardless of the margins, absolutely certain they will recover and you will be there in the end to reap the rewards, laughing all the way to the bank. And of course the tears, who can forget those. The mails from those who sold you an item but mistyped the amount and in doing so increasing your profits by a factor of ten; the sweetest tears. Griefing the traders you know, burning their margins to the ground. Lesser known are the tears you shed yourself, the quiet ones you keep locked up and buried deep vowing to never mention them to anyone.

Trading is not just 0.01’ing. It is pain. It is joy. It is the game for us traders.

It's been a fantastic ride with you from the beginning to the glorious end. Even if I did not share your whole experience, just looking at it through the binoculars of auditing was thrilling to say the least.

It will take a long time before someone else will be able to match your deeds.

I'm glad that someone could see it and appreciate it as well VV, and especially so that it was you as we go back quite a bit. I agree with you in that this place has the best and the worst and it's everything I love and everything I loath about this game. Wouldn't have it any other way Smile

I've been buying some pretty fun toys and having some great fun flying again doing some missions. Once I get back into the swing of things I do believe I'll go do some hunting in low sec or w-space Evil
