As said in the post , i want to buy a character that can pilot a HULK, and can equip strip t2 , B/O around 2.5/ 3 bil, if the char is nice enough.

This guy has got less skillpoints than me (like 4 mil sp less), but more focused on non-science though (if thats a pro or con i dont know).

Anyways, I shouldnt aim for LESS than what he is selling his char for, so I'll just use the same :

Btw, I got a friend selling as well. He also has hauler skills and frigate skills, but not the science skills I have. (We both have hulk mining skills pretty much perfect except ABC ore with T2 modulated strip miners. Got them for veldspar though.)
