Must have:

Armored warfare 5
Armored spec 5
Skirmish warfare 5
Skirmish spec 5
some WC skills e. WC 3+
cybernetics 5
Warfare link spec 5

Also if possible name should be good/not offensive.

I don't want to pay for skills not essential for boosting, but post your chars regardless of the waste.

Budget: 5-7b depends on a char.

About 5b. I could possibly stretch it to 6-7. I dont however need all that booster chars that sell for 10b provide. I need competent armor and skirmish bosting, thats all.
