As stated, I would like to buy a exhumer pilot, not one created just to be sold, but an alt dedicated to mining.

Minimum Requirements:

Mining Barge 5
exhumer 4
good supporting engineering skills
refining 5
refining efficienty 5
ice harvesting 4
Crystals tech 2 for at least high sec ore.

I don't need extra skills and will not be considered in the sell price. Budget will depend on the character proposed.
