At first i was a bit sceptic but now that things have been unfolding a bit i can safely say this is becoming the 2nd best troll video right after kimusans epic threadnaught

It's not the music. It's boring to watch. I fell asleep at my desk last night trying to watch it.

Yakkity Sax suits the 300% speed, 0 m/s sit at undock, press F1 "action" that was going on, which is exactly what I did, pulled up a second youtube window with Yakkity Sax playing, and it all made sense.


So what are Ushra'Khan doing these days that is so much more exciting than empire PVP?


If I had to guess:
Sleeping
Banging your head against a wall
Mission running
Mining
Reading a book
Ship spinning
Watching paint dry
Mining
EFT-Warrioring

Not to mention all the honestly interesting things you can do with your time.
Hell, even watching mining videos is probably more interesting than this.

Everything else has already been said, but I've given up hope that you can understand what they are talking about - I will give you the important bits again though:
This kind of PvP is in not interesting. If you really need to do videos about it, put it in some kind of narrative like RnK does (and chose some fights were you are actually fighting against the odds. Even RnK manages to not do station games)
This kind of PvP does not need any kind of skill. Believe it or not (I suppose you will take the "do not believe"-part) but 'nanofaggotry' takes not only more skill than highsec station games, it actually takes some real skill to pull off. I fail horribly at anything remotely kitey and I can do what you did in that video without a problem.
I also don't know where your apparent obsession with capital-blobs comes from - I have never fought with or against capitals, ever.

There are many types of PVP that isn't intresting, but it still get posted as a video.

The 0.0 space movies where there are capital ships blobbing and where the more easy mode called AHAC gangs are frapsed and posted videos of. But still it gets accepted, just because there are more 0.0 space fanbois'es here on the forum than it is empire players.

I have been in AHAC fleets many times and it's not as hard as you make us believe. It's rather easy. All you need is to keep distance from your enemies and spam for reps. That's all.

Again, using 1x Dominix, 1x Megathron, 1x Deimos and 4x Logistics vs 4x RR Dominix'es, 2x Megathron's, 1x Typhoon, 1x Scorpion, 1x Drake and 1x Blackbird is fighting agsinst the odds.

Nah, i didn't sold the ship, i didn't use it because i didn't have any armor reps on it.

You don't put 2x T2 LAR's on a Machariel with Corpum X-Type armor hardeners and other officer / dradspace stuffs on it if it was that ship you did mean.

But i sold the Machariel like a 6-7 months after that though.

It doesn't matter if it's "fighting against the odds" (did you lose any ships? If not, then was it really "against the odds"?), it's boring to watch.

Here's a reframing of it: A virgin having sex for the first time makes for a short, uninteresting porno. But put context around it and it makes a passable movie (see: 40 Year Old Virgin, American Pie, Superbad, etc).

Yes, you understood the core of the AHAC idea. Protip, it's getting up close and personal with your opponent.
Even if AHAC was just 'keeping at range 2500' it is still more than what you do. You skip the 'keep at range'-part and go straight for F1-3

Killing Drake/Scorpion/Blackbird under armor reps is nothing particularly challenging. Getting repped up by 4 Logistics against a low-dmg gang is not challenging, especially when your Logistics can just dock up whenever they want. They are immune to cap warfare, to getting primaried with docking. Even in the unlikely way of them being able to break your reps you will always be able to dock up before your tank is gone. This is low-risk pvp in its purest form. Even can-baiting a noob in a navitas in a starter system has more risks. Even capital blobbing has more risk as you can actually get counter-dropped.

We did lose 2 ships in the low sec fight. We almost lost the Paladin in the Jita fight vs 2x Vindicators and 3x Logistics. So it's not as risk free as you say it is. Or did you just admit that you haven't seen the video or just skipped through it?

Other than that, good to see someone butthurt over an empire PVP video lol.

I skipped through it in 10-30 second segments to see if anything changed. I was not dissapointed.
