This will be my first-ever, and most likely only, blog. I'm basically just looking for a way to put down my experiences in EVE and analyze what I learned from them, as well as maybe help other newbies like me with similar problems. Right now, I mainly do Level Two PvE missions, and that isn't really worth writing about on a daily basis. So instead of focusing on specific encounters like a PvP focused blog might, I'm pretty much just going to take a look at how changes in fit or advances in skills affect my general performance.

However, this blog will not be only PvE fighting. If anything interesting happens in my EVE life, I'll put it up there. It might be a random encounter with a smacktalker or witnessing someone fly a destroyer against a battlecruiser and somehow coming out on top. I don't know. Whatever interesting I do, I'll put it up there.

I'm also going to be using this as a resource for me. I might have questions, and I'll throw some of them to the crowd and see what you guys think. Your input will always be appreciated. :)

Ah, yes, the joys of tanking. Hardeners are very important, brother. Sure you can fit all the buffer and repper you want. But would it not be better to just negate the damage in the first place? Never underestimate just how much tank hardeners can bring to the defensive side of a battle. But you're learning that, friend. Good on you and keep up the blog! Don't let it die. You're one of the better writers round here.

Thanks. Sorry I haven't updated recently, and I'm still out of comission for the next couple of weeks, but I just can't play EVE right now. I don't have very good internet access and most of my time is taken up with academic stuff.
