okay....so I know this is the place to get investors so here I am.

I am not looking to pad my earnings with any investors money what so ever. I do not need it. And I'm not rich either but I am looking to propose an idea.

I'm sitting in Jita looking to promote my business and someone said to me...Space Therapist..I would pay 1m isk if you could get these scammers to feel guilty. I responded with I am not into making people feel guilty..I think the proper course fro them is to take baby steps toward reform..like community service.

a little bit later I began offering reduced rates to scammers to "give back to those who gave"...with a gift of therapy (part of my services...in sell orders if you want details).

Of course I am getting no response. But I do think the idea to set up a fund for scam victim's is a good idea. To help people get over their loss and even perhaps keep them from quitting the game (and yes I am serious here...this is a legitimate proposal...we can get into that).

alright the problem I am facing is two-fold:

1) isk for the victim's
2) names of victim's to help


I for one ...have decided since my business has been proving to be profitable to donate part of my earnings (2%) to a fund for victim's of scam's.

so far i am not making a lot of isk...but my business is expanding and it really is in the first few days of operation.

I feel strongly about doing this for two reasons:

1) being scammed can be a huge bummer.
2) I want people to enjoy the game and continue to play.

Now...please if you are interested in joining this cause just give me a "okay I'll help" post in this thread.

I realize many of you will want assurance that I myself am not looking to scam your isk...so please tell me what you need from me in order to make this happen. I am taking this very seriously and I do yet need to address getting scammer's to give me name's of victim's to attempt to help them.

My biggest concern is that when I get a victim to contact...will they think "this is a cruel joke."

and I am going to think hard...very hard on my approach with my initial conversation with them.

My biggest question is how do I get investors here.


Please help me with the second....I will do what ever is necessary to help create this fund.

hmm. I've realized another issue.

scammer's giving me bogus names...is a pretty big possibility.

I need to think this over more.....but do offer comments and suggestions.

Your of course right I repent, I have scammed many people of their hard earned ISK, It has left me with countless sleepless nights.

Now rather than me pick an amount of ISK to give back to soak up the oceans of tears that I have caused, Whatever you send me I will send you double back.

Hello, Im Gatan and i suffer from post-traumatic scam disorder.
Im sad that you want to treat only scam victims, but people forget about players who are no scammers and no victims, but were in a world of scamming around the clock and suffer from post-traumatic scam disorder now.
In every single other game i play i see scams coming everywhere, i cant trust any other player.
Family and friends dont understand me and others who suffer from post-traumatic scam disorder. They say "hey, you werent scammed, so whats your problem?" they did not went through the same **** we went through with scams left and right around us.
Suffering from the post-traumatic scam disorder we got bitter and trolled way too many MD threads to defend ourself and feel better, but it never helped, the fear of scams stays forever.
Please reconsider to include traders and MD regulars with post-traumatic scam disorder in your Therapy program, thanks.

It's "victims" and "scams", not "victim's" and "scam's".

This is hilarious. If someone gets scammed in EVE, it's because they did something dumb or didn't read something they should have.

I guess your scam idea is not terrible, but there's better ways if you want to make a quick buck.

Pick the response that applies to you. Neither would surprise me.

It's a trap! You need to belittle people and suck them into horrible meaningless arguments...I truly feel bad for you and your associates.
