I've been surfing the ships and modules forum for a while, one thing I've noticed, it seems you certainly have a lot to say about modules and other aspects regarding EvE online. Is there anything you are satisfied with? Please, I ask that you don't misinterpret my intentions, but are you sure you like playing EvE online?

Fly safe.=)

I sure do. But posting threads about stuff you're satisfied with is rather counter productive.

Space. It seems to go on and on forever. But then you get to the end and a gorilla starts throwing barrels at you.

While I may agree with that, Lets take the recent Maelstrom posting regarding a missing "light bulb," as an example. Using the paradigm that is the game and all it's glory, the Minmatar race is known for cutting corners, but even knowing that, a missing lightbulb is considered a productive issue of concern? Cool

It's hard to see in space. The lights are paramount to safety.

And also targeting. We like bright targets.

On the Tempest, I wouldn't care. Or any other asymmetrical ship. The Maelstrom, however, is symmetrical (which is admittedly a rarity) so it is quite obvious it is a design error.

Each T3 is good at something.

Proteus is good at tank and up close DPS
Loki is good at webs
Legion is good at neuts (easily the worst T3 overall tho...)
Tengu is good at being a carebear ship.

eehhhh so does that mean a vindi sucks too as it also has a web bonus.

Each ship and even each race of ships has a role to play in eve and should be different. What will be next after T3's are nerfed.... My missiles don't do instant damage so they need fixing ???

You wanna see the Tengu be just as crappy as the other T3's? Take the missile subsystem off it and fit the Magnetic Infusion Basin, that's the hybrid turret sub if you don't know and had to look up the name of it like I just did using evemon.

or load regular scourge instead of furies. same for drake btw.

They are all mildly OP. Tengu just happens to be more popular (and its really HMs , not the Tengu itself).

The T1 vs T2 ammo issue is valid. My point however was that the long range medium turrets still need better range and damage projection to put them on par with heavy missiles. Nerfing missiles is just going to make things worse while making long range turrets better will give people options to fly more ships in ways they can't or won't fly them now.

For PvP perhaps.

When you ask for fittings for PvE though, the universal answer you get is "Grab a Tengu instead".

Not in Incursions. In Incursions the Legion is king for what it can do to PvE frigs in quick order.
I'm cursious is this the same with Sleepers or if they don't have as many frigs running crazy like Sansha does?

Well, it has already been stated that CCP does not like how the T3s are in comparision to the other cruisers.

Example: A tengu is better than a cerberus in every way except cost.

That's not even to mention how they make command ships obsolete.

Confirming that all T3's are OP.

Whether or not you win the game matters not.  It's if you bought it.

All i will say is that it is only t3 that can go hand in hand with high end battleships for PVE and that is saying something about rest of em and tell some more about somtn else im not gonna mention here.

Now should t3 be look upon for their PVE performance....

you clearly do not fly in or against T3 fleets.
loki is extremely good in gang/fleet fights.
good DPS, great resists, good speed, good agility, great ranged webs. nothing not to like about it.

For the record: no one gives a **** about T3s in PVE.

So are lokis overpowered ?

OP, next time you make a thread, perhaps inform people that it's not about EVE, but some hisec missioning stuff.

Sure, if you really want to train for a ship that is only good for PVE, by all means go ahead and do the Tengu, but for others, life is simply too short to be wasted for things like that.
