If you want to play Dust Beta. Sign up at IGN.com and you can play starting on July 13th.
If you are a memeber of IGN prime, you can start playing the beta on July 11th.

Reporting in. Though I think CCP intentionally released it on the consules. I remember reading somewhere that they did not want to release it on PCs and wanted to release it specifically for consoles.

I have an original run PS3 which has too little memory to fit Dust on it without deleting half my crap off it.

Look at eve, dust? lol how many bugs will they have LAWL.

The game is gona suck and die very fast. Consol gamers don't stick on one game, no different than wow players who won't ever play eve... CCP ****** up yet again.

While I agree with general sentiment, you gotta admit that most gamers develop an innate "**** detector", especially when it comes to MMO or MP games, and can predict with an amazing degree of accuracy if/when it will flop, and how.

I know a guy who predicted down to a month when Age of Conan would go free to play, two years ahead of the actual event. I kid you not. I dare say most of us saw what would happen with SWTOR too. And while fanboys shouted us down, those same fanboys were some of the first people to jump ship when it started listing to port. And of course most of us have foreseen the predictable outcome of titles such as Mortal or Darkfall Online, there was never any doubt in the outcome.

I guess my point is, you don't need to have played a game to be able to predict with high degree of accuracy what would happen to it in near future. In Dust's case, it's an FPS game for consoles with a link to a cerebral MMO on PC. It's like putting an elevator in an outhouse - it don't belong.

So... you are asking me to believe that the opinion of people who haven't the slightest idea of what the actual game play is like have a more valid opinion than people who have actually played the game... and are insinuating that people who actually get involved in the beta are only fanbois who can not form an honest opinion?

Every try to use a keyboard and mouse on PS3? If not give it a shot and tell me how it works. Its great for web browsing not so great for gaming on the PS3. Not designed for mouse and keyboard.
