1. Buying or selling Game Time Codes, converting the code to Pilot License Extension Cards (Plex). Using ISK to purchase that card and add game time. Or selling that card for the same said ISK. All of these activities are referred to as Plexing.

2. Faction Wars combat sites. You find them with your on board ship scanner and warp to them. They can be a source of LP and they help to conquer systems you are warring for. Control Hubs. They are referred to as Plex's.

3. Dead space sites you use probes to scan out. Some can also be found with your on board ship scanner. Similar to FW sites, but the reward is ISK and loot drops. These do not contribute to any system control or war efforts. Also referred to as Plex's. Some of these are mining sites. Others require codebreaker, analyzer, salvager. Some are pure combat sites.

Its confusing that there are 2 PLEXes
the other one is short for comPLEX
