Anyone know any "all-in-one" IMs program?

Been using stand alone programs like AIM, MSN, Skype, Yahoo (recently installed this because all my project classmates uses yahoo only for some unknown reason ...), mirc, and few other programs.

Considering it does take resources, want to lower the load and looking for a reliable IM program that can link those programs in one. I know trillian is one, but years ago, I heard it takes quite a bit of resources. Some suggestions please?
