i know i made a topic this topic in another part of the forum this is the right place is should have put it. aliens in eve is my idea. i mean inelegent ones not like the hounds.

What, the Goons aren't enough any more? :)

I don't see how adding aliens would do anything good for the game. It's got a rich storyline with the existing factions.

Aliens are cool but I prefer finding a/the creator/s, makes for a better story line focused on out history, not some slimy scaly green pointy toothed alien.

Well as long as they aren't elegant I suppose its fine, the last thing we need is a bunch of regal, suave looking little green men gliding about.

I'm for an alien invasion. It would be sweet. Make them super Uber though... and they drop nothing but alien artifacts. :)

Sleepers are not considered aliens per say because they are considered to have been created by humans. Possibly when New Eden was first being colonized.


What would be interesting for CCP to do is too release a new storyline where the creators of the Sleeper's finally emerge after thousands of years of laying dormant in a far off system.

The storyline would go that the aliens created the Sleepers to build and maintain an empire for them that when the empire had been created the aliens creators would be woken up to claim their empire.

This time however the Sleeper's Masters are not alone in their Universe and have to deal with a new threat called the Capsuleer.

well if they're the ones that made the sleepers. the we wouldn't be much threat to them.
also, the sleepers are remnants of the jovians.

Slaver hounds. I have a nice little pound at are headquarters. Problem is that they tend to **** everywhere and cleaning up after them can be a hassle.

I think adding Intelegent Aliens in eve would be a step in the wrong direction, making it like every other Sc-fi game out there

We have civilization that where at the height of technology, then died out
We have Sleepers and Drone - an Foreign AI infecting our tech so they come alive
We have the Jovians who have become uber powerful, and have their own agenda but have a dieing culture as their cloning technology is reaching its limit.
We have factions like the Sansha that want to snatch everyone's bodies. and turn them into borg like people

There is so much lore in eve to build with the base tools we have now, that "introducing aliens" would lessen eve.

I think more is less here!


Someday I will have the time to play. For now it is mining afk in High sec. In Cheap ships

if CCP wants to immerse us in a si-fi universe they should add aleins..and i mean ones that are eve more advanced then the jovains. they can also be in dust 514 they could attack planets and its your job to fight them off Shocked
