Remote sensor dampner buff

I was asking myselve if it would be wise to invest in remote sensor dampners while ccp has announced they will probaly get a slight buff? Would this be a wise thing, lets say if i bought up 500 at current price and what kind of profit could i expect?

Not a huge amount i'd guess - they don't see much use outside of wanky instalocking gatecamps afaik.
