Problems Logging into Eve Gate

I'm posting this with an alt as my main character simply cannot log into Eve Gate; which is a little annoying :(

Whether using Chrome or IE whenever I attempt to login I am redirected to as screen which states there has been an error processing the request.

An odd side effect is that following such error browsing to the forums results in a big splash screen announcing the forums were ganked!

Restarting the browser will then bring the forums back to life as will clearing the browser cache.

Any advice on how to rectify this would be greatly appreciated.
