Which is exactly another pretty clear case of impersonation. Since the new (troll I would assume) is using the same looks and corp name as original Theo.

Hence, original Theo can easily make a petition out of that.

Yeah I have heard Chribba is a scammer, I mean, the most trusted man in eve would indeed worry about getting his hands on some veldy crystals, coz he cant afford to buy them.
Also, he must be a scammer, as he gave me a deimos for my birthday once, honest people just dont do nice do they??

Impersonating a pilot in the way of performing scams, using a similar pilot name/corporation/looks/bio or simply using the old character or relations in that sense is not allowed.

In the case of 'Chriba' said charactar had my looks, name, corporation, copy&paste bio and went scamming, which is a pretty clear cut case of EULA breach. OP might be trolling with this thread, might even have been the 'Chriba' pilot that got punished and is now trying to do something as a revenge.

Serious question: If I was to theoretically make an alt with a very similar name & portrait of my CEO alt (mission runner corp, free isk) & use it to trick people in to donating money to me, would that be a breach? I would technically be impersonating myself to scam those poor mission runners, only to jump back on the CEO alt later & tell them how stupid they were for giving isk to some random person.

Personally I think Chribba can single handily pull off the biggest scam in video game history if he really wanted to with the position he is in. I don't think he will settle for some mining crystals, now Veldspar on the other hand I don't know Bear.

I'm pretty sure that at this point the income he derives from his trustworthiness is larger than any scam he could reasonably pull.
