All this adv. tech, and no Autofire?

Hi.

I am missing an Autofire option for my Autocannons, when I destroy a target, even if the next 5 targets are lined up the AC will shut down and have to be manually restarted, considering the tech available, an option for "keep firering until the targetting computer has run out of targets" should be available.

I do not ask for fire and forget mode like the missiles that will randomly target available enemies, simply a consistent performance where as long as you keep the targetting computer "fed" (ctrl clicking new enemies as the queue becomes empty) then your Autocannons/blasters/railguns, should keep fireing.

The tears this would produce would be like a great river flowing from one side of the galaxy to another. It could literally kill Eve.

There is this thing called Auto-target, that when set to a non-zero number will automatically target someone that is targeting you. With this module/ability you suggest, one could simply target a ship to get them to lock and fire on you, and thus die to CONCORDOKKEN.

In case you didn't expect it; Not supported.

lol make it such that it stops autofiring if the target is non legal? not so hard but this would be quite ******* usefull when shooting big stuff like starbases

And running missions would become ez-mode (well it already is, just would become more so) warp in, turn on auto-targeting system, activate guns, wait for mission to be complete....

This would make sense in some respects but also present problems in others. Mainly it would make automation of EVE easier for the macro users Something that CCP has been fighting hard for awhile now.

That said I would not mind if a turret or launcher would continue firing on the current "active" target after an automatic reload.

EVE is like swimming on a beach in shark infested waters,  There is however a catch...  The EVE Beach you also have to wonder which fellow swimmer will try and eat you before the sharks.

amarr victor. Not alot of reloads for em and jsut load up the targets. They would blot out the sky on pos bashes (well more so). LIne up pos guns to incap, meat of the pos last, hit f1 and walk away. The rage of hella mad fc's with fleets afk when something changes.....actually makes this sound like a really cool idea kind of.

Now, maybe if the game would simply go and get missions for me, and warp my ship to the mission then do it....

Cyno's lit, bridge is up, but one pilot won't be jumping home.
