Looking for a starter PVE Caldari character.

I'm looking for someone that is on the path towards a Tengu. So I would like to see progress towards that, with Missile skills and hopefully some astrometrics skills.

I'm thinking along the lines of 6-7 m skill points.

Budget- 2.5B

My EDIT was to change the specifics of what I'm looking for, edited again to up price range.

Dude.

A 7-9 mill sp toon will cost you anywhere between 3.5 to 5.5 bill depending on the skill layout.

Might need to increase your purse before you get any luck.

Ok that's good feedback. I was basing it off of a few characters I've seen in the past few days and the character appraiser off of some others.

What are you talking about ?

price range is between 250 mill/ million SP to 300 mill / mill SP if character skills are really focused

So for your average pilot, a 7 mill SP pilot will be around between 1.750 bill and 2 bill.

A 10 mill SP pilot is around 2.5 and 3 bill

Good luck selling a 9 mill SP for 5.5 bill ( that more than 600 mill / mill SP )
