Demoralization is a legitimate tactic. Removing your foes from the battlefield by blowing them up and removing them by discouraging them from showing up in the first place in fear of being blown up produce similar results in terms of who controls that battlefield. Isn't that the point of permageddon?

In the cat-and-mouse game that is low sec, there is no shame in learning to be a better mouse.
