No. That change was made for good reason, haulers still get burned but at least can haul profitably. Cheap ganks happen in all space at all times, but not as cheaply or as easily as they once did.

OP you were saying warp to zero is lazy, but I believe you are the lazy one. Work for your kills and do not cry about so doing. good hunting!
