Missile speed issue

My targets are always dying while cruise missiles still half way to them...What?

I've just thought about that: You're made a purely client-side animation for the missiles. Same as with the fighter bombers. BUT there a big BUT: fighter bomber's torpedoes have a fixed speed and range, it's close range and relatively high rate of fire. So it's not so difficult to make this animation right. But with the player's missiles it's a different story.

Because actual missile speed is higher than this animation. I suppose that speed of the animation is not affected by anything at all, so my all-V skills, the missile speed implant, and long range are making this issue a lot more visible...

And there is a little problem with cruise missiles animation on the Raven... I don't know, why is this happening, but some people said that they have the same strange missile's behaviour:

in 2007 i've thought it's a sci-fi simulator, not an "e-sports" game. I'm not a teenager, how would i like it much?
