Full P4 PI and all planets have Player Owned Customs Offices that I will transfer to the purchaser.

We are able to and have done everything in this hole. If you want to mine (gas and mineral), run sites, make stuff, PI, PVP, anything and everything. If it can be done in a WH it can be done in this system. As you can tell by the list of items it has been more than profitable. Our corp wants to move onto other things now so it would be preferable to sell everything together. If no buyers are found with a week or two we will start moving items out with the intent of just selling the system so whatever your level of interest is shoot me a mail and we can discuss. As for pricing, we are not looking to get market prices on stuff. It would be easier to tell me what you are interested in and I can work up a price for you. The more a person buys (ie less we have to haul out) the more discounted the price will be. Please note if you want to be taken seriously don’t message me with some NPC Jita alt. If you need discretion that can be accommodated.

We would clear sites with dual Tengus in Tech 2 fits (500m build), but started building our own tengus to use and sell. Anoms are worth about 100m each on average and can be cleared in 20 min with dual tengus and every site including Mag and Radars can be cleared with 3 tengus. If the buyer wants the fit it will be provided as part of sale.

Depending on K space exit availability it could take a week or so to move everything out that is not being purchased by buyer so please be patient. Half deposit will need to be made to Chribba to initiate transaction, if full buyout then obviously will be much faster, subject to K space exit.

Minerals for 75% of a capital ship are already in WH.

This is a perfect set up for those that want to dive into WH fun. We are not trying to make money on this, just feel bad blowing stuff up in space rather than haul it. If we don't sell within a few weeks will probably just clear out the anoms, blow up the least expensive stuff and call it a day and sell the WH for the POCOs we built and let it be a fresh system for someone to reinvent the wheel in.

I tend to think a C4 is the "just right" wormhole. You don't have to deal with large groups like in C5's or even in C3/C2s. If you can dual box you can solo the C4 sites with dual tengus or team up with corpmate. Which also means you are not waiting for a bunch of people to log on like you can get in C5s or higher and the isk is MUCH better than running C3s or lower. People that inhabit C4s frequently are not at home so you can raid their system for all sorts of goodies and its not that devastating because they respawn quickly and if they really played that much there shouldnt be any anoms for other to get anyway so they can't really be that upset. Running the sites takes 20-30 minutes so you can hop on, make some quick money and be off again. If you like to chew rocks the ABC ore is good. If you like to gas mine C28/C32/C50 makes for decent money. Anyway, it was the "just right" for us, to bad not for you, thanks for the bump though.


An update on this sale. Had a K space exit last night for a few runs so got out some of the random crap. Starting to tear down the tower. Next K space will take out the faction mods and rest of ships. I DON'T want to haul out the fuel and tier 1 PI, so get that interest going. its a Perfect PI isk printing system with 11 POCO's.
