Hello all,

We are "Moon Warriors" [M.O.W], a Syndicate Region alliance that has been flying since early 2011.

We're in Syndicate (NPC 0.0) by choice and for the long-term. We're not here to regroup or to grow in preparation for a push into Sov 0.0. We're in Syndicate because we enjoy the style of play that's available here. That said, we do accept corps that want to join us while they ready themselves for a Sov 0.0 Alliance. In fact, we're advertising now because some of our past corp members have successfully grown with us and moved on to seek their own Sov 0.0 destiny (we wish them well but Sov 0.0 is not what we are seeking), and we're now ready to accept new corps to fly with us (irrespective of whether you're preparing for Sov 0.0 or wanting to put down some roots in NPC 0.0).

The long-term member corps in MOW all put real life first and do not have compulsory group ops. We recognize that this is a game and we don't treat gaming like a job. We're mostly so called "older gamers" (think busy real life jobs, plus kids, etc) and we enjoy casual fun and fleets without epeen, smacktalk or emotional rants.

MOW is a very stable alliance due to the long-term member corps at our core. We operate with an Alliance Admin Council (where each corp in the alliance is represented) and we of course have all the usual conveniences such as out-of-game forums, killboards and voice-comms. Further, Moon Warriors Alliance has blue standings with several other alliances in Syndicate for joint ops, mutual assistance and area intel.

A little light sleuthing will show anyone that we generally prefer the "Eastern" half of Syndicate and we tend to fly in the constellations around M2-CF1.

We have regular fleet ops (although they are not mandatory) and we happily fly with those wanting to learn PvP (which is possible because we're not wanting to be the uber elite of Eve and we're in this for casual fun). We will cheerfully find a role for any alliance mate who is willing and wanting to join in. We welcome anyone from capital pilots to first time tacklers in T1 frigates.

If MOW might appeal to you and your corp's current needs, the requirements to join MOW are reasonable and not overly demanding.

We ask that applicant corps be:
1. able to field at least 15 individual members (not counting alts) to live and PvP in Syndicate 0.0;
2. willing to fly under NBSI;
3. willing to avoid/minimize engaging in Empire ganking; and
4. willing to minimize member smacktalk, epeen and sooky outbursts (so we can just get on with having fun - our game time is precious).

No, we do not ask member corps to pay any fees or contributions (please just be active and easy going).

The decline in alliance size this year is due to various corps leaving to try Sov 0.0 and Moon Warriors being committed to staying in Syndicate (which is proof that we're stable and happy where we are).

Zebarmy is leading Moon Warriors these days. He's a great guy. He's got my support and the support of all the corps in MOW.

Stromgren has had to reduce his Eve time due to real life making unreasonable demands on his gaming time (but as we all know, real life > Eve).

The fact that MOW could change the alliance leader so quickly and with no fuss or bother speaks volumes for this alliance's adult and friendly approach to this awesome game.
