yeah, that's why there wasn't data loss.

online rebuilds are not always the best idea. and even if they did do an online rebuild it is probably a good idea to do a thorough check of all the systems.


why don't you shut the hell up and leave the technical stuff to people who actually understand server operations

Tedium and difficulty are not the same thing, if you don't realize this then STFU about game design.

Wow, there are some really grade A+ certified A-holes in this thread. What makes you so entitled to demand an explanation for everything?

Whoever said it earlier was correct, the only rights you have (that you agreed to when you signed the terms of use crap that we never read) is to deal with whatever, and however, they want to run their servers. If you do not agree with you, the one thing you do have the right to do is stop giving them money.

They perform a service of giving you the chance to play a game, and if you are not happy with it, DO NOT PAY FOR THAT SERVICE.

Also, I know you are most likely going to try to attack my view points in some way, but the fact of the matter is, the truth hurts. and the truth is, you agreed to all the small type at sometime, and getting mad about it and demanding things, won't do a damn thing.

It's hard enough trying to fit in a night of eve in australia without it having it cut shorter when your trying to rush in some last things before downtime. *sigh*

/me votes for staggerred downtime times. Its about time everyone else shared this annoying part of eve... or even better, find out the goons peak time and just let them crash it for you each day.

Yeah, it's up.
I am missing 5 sisters probes. Not much but since it's already second day in a row and G-d knows if they decide to crash it again today. And i dont see any compensation in SP or whatever else for yesterday's crash and today's inconvenience of early DT. That becomes suspicious already. Crashes, early DTs and no compensations or courtesy gestures. What's happening with this game.

Don't let them fly safe!

Take that well browned nose from CCP rectum.

We are CCPs customers, therefore as paying customers we have an entitlement to customer service. Customer service can be looked on as explanations as to why the server keeps going down early without prior warning.

So you know, yes we are in fact entitled to an explanation.

Just file a reimbursement petition for the probes. I had the same thing happen yesterday, filed the petition and the probes were quickly replaced. Now I'll have to do it again since the server shut down once again with 4 minutes left to countdown timer.

Both times I was just getting ready to recall the probes. From now on, I'll be recalling the probes before the countdown timer starts.
