MB3, doing a lot better this weekend. Less disjointed tangents, more focus on the teams and what they're doing.

Keep it up!

I am in agreement with Gor and Proxay. Nice to be able to see commentators getting more comfortable and settled in with a 'system' that works for them.

I must say that Bolton has made obvious improvements and frankly I <3 Raivi.

Keep it up guys you are doing a good job. All we can ask for is genuine effort on improving the experience for viewers and we are seeing that today.

Onward and Upward!

Bolton. Good job man. It's good to see you shy away from going full ****** the first weekend and actually doing good commentary and analysis.

Keep it up man.

I'll have to admit. MBIII with Raivi was pretty good this morning. Good job Michael Bolton.. looks like you're settling in... and yes much better at letting the other commentator speak before speaking.

Interesting seeing the first Vindy kill today.. followed by a sacrifice of the other Vindy for points to the other team and thereby throwing the match.. now that made for a boring end. I think the "winning" team brought Broadswords as the cheapest ship with highest points they could find...so they could "donate" them to the Vindicators.. but curiously they still "won". Points matches are boring... I would have rather seen those Vindys annihilate, and completely wipe out the other side in like 3 minutes. Maybe next year the speed of the victory will matter.

Looking forward to seeing how Kil2 and Lazarus Telraven mesh today. Enjoying the view, and yes the announcers are getting better. I still say they only need 4 though. Two pairs.. and then the best pair get to call the Finals. Let's have an "announcer" tournament right along with the Alliance Tournament! {grin}

So question? Who would you eliminate, if it was up to you?

The vindi appeared to burn out most of its guns. He only had two guns firing at the end of his match. Having flown vindi's in a tournament environment, it's easy to run out of cap by that point in the match if you're burning all over the place. I don't think it was a throw.

WTB commentators that comment on the fight taking place NOT bullshit political null sec stuff that 2/3rds of eve players dont care about.

i dont hear tv and radio sports commentators talking about the iraq war or their political leanings... this is an e-sport for eve online, not part and parcel of someones campaign.

Broadswords aren't cheap, if they wanted to give cheap points they could suicide a couple of cyclones or brutixes.

Eeeeehm, commentator dudes? About those Rattlesnake setups that you mentioned hadn't done well... I thought that Evoke setup looked like it might have done ok in a previous match. Such as this one: http://at.eve-ic.net/10/index.php?view=match&id=1

I'm pretty sure there's been very little if any of that.

I liked te tournament format of former years much better.

A better view of the grid,
And I do not have to see the commentators during the match.

Better a panel during the break

Pleas go back to the "old " format

They will have the panel next week. For the prelims the commentators are all at home. Once they're in iceland(next weekend if I'm not mistaken), the panel _should_ come back.

I hope so.
And hopefully we also get a better view on the grid.
