"F12" Steam overlay screenshot does not work

Hello,

I've manually added the ExeFile for EVE to my Steam library, but for some reason it does not register the F12 key for uploading screenshots to Steam cloud. Everything else about the overlay seems to work fine. Other games that I must manually add into Steam work fine.

Was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and know a fix.
