Maybe i am wrong here, but it seems to me the ECM icon would appear next to a ship not only if a jam succeeded, but when attempted and failed as well. Anyone else noticed that?

I noticed this yesterday, it makes the EWAR icons practically useless. They seem to have a pretty big delay on webs/scrams sometimes too.
