Yes, that was on SiSi... It didn't quite work properly, I couldn't add shoes so it wouldn't let me proceed to the portrait section. They had it in black and red, too. Those might show up in a few months, or they might just be WoD assets.

CCP Bayesian was talking about them a few days ago in this thread. Apparently they're going to release a dev blog in a few days talking about the future WiS updates. So I'm 90% sure they're not just WoD assets. I'd been hunting around on SiSi, but those items aren't showing up for me, at least at present.
