Character Bazaar

I am looking for a character with the following traits and I'll pay very well for one that meets or exceeds this specification.

Required:
Superb leadership skills
Command ships V ( + prereqs to fly at least one racial command ship)
Any racial carrier with at least JDCIV (for hauling ships)
Solid core skills
A proper name with capitalization, no numbers, and no gibberish.

Wanted, but not needed:
JDCV (it'll be my first train if you don't already have it)
All racial cruisers to V
Racial carrier is Amarr or Gallente
T3s for boosting, the more the merrier.
Drone/carrier support skills (for doing more than just hauling ships)
Dread skills (again, any race is fine, with a preference for Amarr or Gallente)

Not important:
Gunnery/missile skills (unless the character can fly a dread)
Non-PvP skills

Potential characters should probably have an SP total north of 70m, or the SP will be stretched too thinly to meet the criteria, but if you can convince me that a character with fewer SP will work, I'll buy it. There is no upper limit on the SP total and ISK is not an issue; if the character fits I am confident that we can agree on a price regardless of total SP.
