Any groups for a Sanshas Incursion that I can join?

Looking to join a group/fleet that tackles sanshas incursions.

Also, whats a recommended loadout for the Raven so I can stand a chance in incursions that won't take long to train?
I've tried to take them on myself and have failed miserably because I didn't know that they were for fleets. :P

for fittings take a look at: http://incursions.nexsoft.de/

for getting into fleet: join the channels 'the valhalla project' for shield or 'the ditanian fleet' for armor.. then read the motd for which system is the focus and move your ship there.. gl hf
