Corporation TAX for market transactions

Is there any way to make a corporation tax for any market transactions that are made by corp members?

And if not, what do u think, is it a good idea?

How about a tax for stupid posts? If you don't have enough isk to pay the tax, you can't post.

It's not a bad idea for trade corps. Obviously they need a funding mechanism.

This level of player control is beyond what CCP will allow us though. The game isn't designed to be emergent, unless we open up the definition of emergent to include "all human action and interaction"

Tears will be shed and pants will need to be changed all round.

Just set monthly tax based on whatever calculation and if the member doesn't want to pay it he's free to leave or get a boot to his ass.
Tools are there, use them.
However I really think market skills should get a huge ban nerf because the huge amounts of isk traded every day with little to almost laughable amounts is stupid. The higher amounts you deal the higher you should pay, not the other way around where a noob almost pay more taxes so sell his crap than the guy masturbating his keyboard to play 1isk wars (per item) with billions of stuff.

Base tax should be the same than PI base one, 17% and decrease with skills but never at ridiculous low level it is now. CCP you want to make isk get away from the game, then tax those, collect tears and market alts ragequiting for D3 and the power of click click click click clicky.

Player owned stations could also have options to set market fees accordingly to standings, this would be a nice option to bring at alliance/corporation level some decent revenue and also meta game, but taxed then by concord when capital is moved from station owner wallet to destination wallet (Alliance holding corp)

Yes, we have many:

1) Mandatory monthly/weekly fee

2) Mandatory lotto

3) Mandatory tax based on the mission collection (ie, if tax is 5%, corp has 50 toons, 25 made missions, and the total tax take was 100 million, then the other 25 have to pay 4 million each).

Etc, etc, etc.

Trouble is, this kind of thing require CEOs that actually provide value in return of that isk, or are great con artists.

What OP proposes is farming the noobs out of their revenue without having to work for it. Disgusting and lazy.

There was a time when scamming isk was hard and required cunning, intelligence, and social skills. Now these children want everything in silver platter.

EDIT:

I make the bulk of my isk is trading, and make billions a month. One of my toons is in 0% tax corps run by voluntary lotto. And its doing quite well. So please think harder.

How about adding a corp mining tax? Evil or better yet a NPC corp mining tax EvilEvil Dunno how that would work though since if you tried to impose the tax at the time the minerals are sold all you'd get is a bunch of tax cheat alts doing station swamps with thier mains to exade thier corp over lords greedy fingers. Also trying to tax once the ore is mined could create alot of negitive wallets if they get ganked before hauling thier stuff to station or get can flipped.

mining already has a tax, it's the station refining tax.
